     CONGRATULATIONS.

     The spirit of jubilation among you is contagious, relative to your Graduation Day.  The day has come for you to face the world on your own.  No doubt, with your preparation and experience through rigorous studies, the world is meeting you halfway with great expectations.

     I hope that with the knowledge you have acquired during your five-year stay in the College of Technology , you will do your share in the rebuilding of our nation and contribute to the world as a whole.  Commit yourself in everything you do and with the help of God, nothing will be better.
