     Congratulations to the 1987 graduating class of Chemical Engineering Department.

     Your graduation is just on time when our country is marshalling all its efforts and resources  toward econmic recovery and growth. The processing industries and other related fields for which you have been trained and prepared for are waiting for your active participation.

     With high hopes may you seek for excellence in all your endeavors. Your individual successes are the best testimonies that you can give to your college.  Remember that we are of "one mind and one heart" in the true spirit of St. Augustine.
